Catherine has earned a reputation as a creative business partner, an expert executive coach, and generous thought leader by building authentic relationships, systematically navigating complex situations and guiding decisions with a fact base for organizations across diverse industries.

As the CEO of Catherine Jefferson Consulting, Catherine understands the pace and rigor that executives navigate daily. In addition to specializing in executive coaching, leadership development, and business transformation engagements; Catherine is on a mission to facilitate meaningful moments of pause. These moments of pause enable leaders to recenter, rejuvenate, and restore their energy to fulfill their purpose, ideate the next strategy, or simply evolve their leadership skills. Catherine strives to create a safe space for vulnerability, focus, and growth.

Catherine has served in several senior leadership roles. Most recently, Catherine served as the Chief People Officer for Jackmont Hospitality; focusing on talent, succession and reigniting company culture. At Cox Media Group she partnered with the heads of Television, Radio and Digital where she facilitated business transformation strategies. As the Chief People Officer for The Krystal Company, Catherine played a key role creating and implementing an award-winning Liven Up Our Culture program that resulted in savings of $2M+ and increased retention by nearly 30% and filled over 60% of store leadership roles with internal diverse, female, millennial and Gen X talent through the Future Leaders Program.

Catherine is an active community leader and serves on the Board of Directors for 410 Bridge and recently joined the Coaches Gift Initiative donating coaching services to Executive Directors of Non-Profit Organizations. Her accolades include the Association of Talent Development BEST Award multiple years, National Diversity Council Woman of Influence and Georgia Women in Lodging Service Award. She is a proud member of the 2014 Leadership Atlanta Class, Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority Inc. and a graduate of Morris Brown College and the University of Phoenix. Catherine is a wine and spa aficionado and enjoys travel adventures with her two adult daughters.
